ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dave G. Mumby, Ph.D. obtained his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Concordia University and a member of the Center for Studies in Behavioural Neurobiology (CSBN) http://csbn.concordia.ca/

Dr. Mumby supervises graduate students and has served on graduate admissions committees at Concordia University. He is also an academic advisor for the Psychology Department and holds frequent workshops on graduate school and the application process.

Dr. Mumby’s  research area includes the functional neuroanatomy of memory systems, and cognitive impairments in a rat model of transient global cerebral ischemia. http://psychology.concordia.ca/fac/mumby/index.html
